Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model  konseptual strategi memasuki pasar asing. Target khusus untuk  menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh keunggulan spesifik perusahaan dan ikatan jaringan bisnis pada strategi memasuki pasar asing berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 109 orang di kota Semarang, Indonesia. Alat analisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software AMOS 21. Temuan penelitian ialah ada pengaruh positif signifikan keunggulan spesifik perusahaan, ikatan jaringan bisnis terhadap strategi memasuki pasar asing, ada pengaruh positif  signifikan strategi memasuki pasar asing terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
