Privasi Konsumen dalam Penggunaan Big Data di Era Ekonomi Digital

This study explores consumer privacy issues in the use of Big Data in the digital economy era, focusing on Indonesia. Companies utilize Big Data to personalize services and optimize business strategies, but this often raises privacy concerns. The study highlights challenges in ensuring ethical and regulated use of Big Data, such as the need for adequate legal frameworks and public awareness of personal data protection. This research integrates legal and ethical perspectives, including an assessment of existing regulatory effectiveness and recommendations for improving privacy protection policies. By employing a library research method, this study also identifies best practices for mitigating data breaches and privacy violations. The findings are relevant for governments, companies, and consumers in addressing data privacy challenges in the digital era.
